The MMO Premium Package is a fully customisable combination procedure. You work with your surgeon to choose from the following options:
Breast procedures (choose one):
- Breast lift (mastopexy), repositions and reshapes sagging breasts
- Breast reduction without implants, reduces size using your natural tissue
- Breast reduction with implants, reduces and reshapes while restoring volume
Abdominal procedures (choose one):
- Standard tummy tuck, removes excess skin and tightens muscles from hip to hip
- Extended tummy tuck, covers a wider area, wrapping around to the flanks and lower back
- FDL (Fleur-de-Lis) tummy tuck, addresses both vertical and horizontal excess skin, ideal after major weight loss
Additional options (included):
- Mons lift, tightens and lifts the pubic mound area
- One area of liposuction, targets a specific area of stubborn fat (flanks, inner thighs, arms, etc.)

Weeks 4-6: Significant improvement. Many patients return to desk-based work. Driving may be possible if comfortable. Swelling continues to subside gradually.
Weeks 6-8: Most physical restrictions are lifted. You can begin gentle exercise and return to most normal activities. Physically demanding jobs may require the full 8 weeks.
