Liposuction (4 Areas) in Turkey

Multi-area liposuction is the same proven procedure as single-area liposuction, applied to four areas during the same surgical session. Your surgeon uses small incisions (3-5mm) to insert a thin cannula and precisely remove stubborn fat from each targeted zone.

Common treatment areas include:

The advantage of treating four areas together is that your surgeon can see and shape the relationship between adjacent zones. This creates a smoother, more proportionate overall contour than treating each area in isolation months apart.

Fat cells removed by liposuction do not regrow. Maintaining a stable weight after your procedure ensures your results are long-lasting.

You may be a good candidate for four-area liposuction if you:

• Have stubborn fat in multiple areas that does not respond to diet and exercise
• Are at or near a stable, healthy weight
• Have reasonable skin elasticity across the areas you want treated
• Are in good general health and do not smoke
• Understand that liposuction is a contouring procedure, not a weight-loss method

Day 2, Procedure day: Final assessment, markings, and photos. 4 Areas liposuction takes approximately 2-4 hours under general anaesthesia, depending on the extent of treatment.

Days 3-4, Hospital stay: Recovery in a private room. Compression garments fitted over all treated areas. Your surgeon assesses the overall contour.

Days 5-7, Hotel recovery: Daily patient coordinator check-ins. Compression garments worn continuously. Gentle walking encouraged to reduce swelling and prevent blood clots.

Day 8, Departure: Final check-up and VIP airport transfer.

Months 1-12: Regular aftercare check-ins from your patient coordinator.

Recovery from multi-area liposuction is similar to single-area treatment but may involve slightly more swelling and discomfort due to the larger treatment zone.

Days 1-5: Moderate to significant swelling and bruising across all treated areas. Prescribed pain medication for the first few days. Compression garments worn continuously. Rest is important.

Weeks 1-2: Swelling begins to subside. Light activities and desk work are usually possible from week 1-2. Continue wearing compression garments.

Weeks 2-4: Most patients return to normal daily activities. Gentle exercise can resume from week 3. Swelling continues to decrease.

Weeks 4-6: Compression garments can usually be removed at week 4-6. Moderate exercise resumes. Results becoming more visible.

Months 2-6: Residual swelling resolves gradually. Skin retracts and tightens over the treated areas. Final results are typically visible by month 3-6, with continued refinement for up to 6 months.

The risks of multi-area liposuction are similar to single-area treatment: bruising, swelling, infection, contour irregularities, numbness, seroma, and skin laxity. Treating four areas increases the total volume of fat removed and the overall surgical time, which your medical team manages with careful planning and monitoring.

Safe guidelines limit total fat removal to approximately 5 litres in a single session. Your surgeon plans the distribution across your four areas to stay well within safe limits.
