Breast Lift with Augmentation (Round Implants) in Turkey

Breast lift with augmentation is a two-in-one procedure that addresses both the position and the volume of your breasts in a single operation.

The lift (mastopexy): Your surgeon removes excess skin, reshapes the breast tissue, and repositions the nipple-areola complex higher on the chest wall. This corrects sagging and creates a firmer, perkier breast shape.

The augmentation: Round silicone implants are placed to restore or add volume. Round implants are particularly effective in combination with a lift because they add upper-pole fullness, the area most affected by deflation and sagging.

The combination of techniques allows your surgeon to create a result that neither procedure could achieve alone: breasts that are both elevated and full, with a natural shape and good projection.

Your surgeon will discuss implant size, profile, and placement during your consultation to ensure the result is proportionate to your body and meets your expectations.

Day 2, Procedure day: Final consultation and markings with your surgeon. The combined procedure takes approximately 2.5-3.5 hours under general anaesthesia. Your surgeon performs the lift and places the implants in the same session.

Days 3-4, Hospital stay: Private room with nursing care. Surgical support bra fitted. Implant position and incision healing monitored.

Days 5-7, Hotel recovery: Daily patient coordinator check-ins. Gentle walking encouraged. Breasts will be swollen but already noticeably lifted and fuller.

Months 1-12: Ongoing aftercare support from your patient coordinator.

Combining a lift with augmentation adds a small amount to the overall recovery time compared to either procedure alone, but most patients recover well.

Week 1: Significant swelling and tightness. Pain medication manages discomfort. Wear your surgical bra at all times. Sleep on your back in an elevated position.

Weeks 2-3: Swelling and bruising improve. Light daily activities are possible. Implants sit high initially, this is normal and they will settle over time.

Weeks 4-6: Most patients return to work and light activities. Swelling continues to reduce. Avoid heavy lifting and chest exercises.

Months 2-4: Implants "drop and fluff" into their final position. The lifted shape softens into a natural contour. Scars begin to mature.

Months 6-12: Final results are visible. Implants feel soft and natural. Scars continue to lighten for up to 18 months.

Risks include those associated with both breast lift and breast augmentation: infection, bleeding, scarring, changes in sensation, capsular contracture, implant malposition, and asymmetry.

Combining procedures does carry a slightly higher complexity than either alone, but this is well within the expertise of experienced cosmetic surgeons. Your surgical team performs these combined procedures routinely.
