Incredible service from every single person on the team. So friendly and ensure you feel relaxed and at ease. Very knowledgeable in their craft and informative of every step of the process. Such care and precision went into the process. Had 24 crowns fitted by the most amazing dentist. Made sure I was fully happy with the aesthetic of the teeth as well as the practicality of them, no rush ever could take as long as needed through each stage. So grateful and very very happy with the outcome, teeth look even better than expected. Would recommend to everyone. English translator was amazing at putting me at ease when nervous before the process and just all round lovely people. Much better service than what I ever received in the UK. Well worth the trip, forever grateful.

Such a good experience was picked up by our driver and taken to the hotel which is basic but will do the job. Then added to a WhatsApp group with the dentist and translator ect they keep you well informed and at ease they done lovely work and made sure we was good and well informed all the way through honestly so good perfectionist . I nearly passed out from having my teeth glued in and they handled it so well took my blood pressure let me wait til I was ready to put the rest in so amazing I’m coming back to get my hair done facility is immaculate really impressed thanks guys

Breast Reduction
This was a life changing experience for me and was extremely nervous but was reassured throughout by the team! The communication skills throughout the whole process was 10/10. As soon as I had a query they would respond very quickly. The moment I landed I was greeted by my lovely driver who looked after us throughout my week at Izmir, he was very kind and welcoming and I was extremely impressed with the shuttle bus. I then arrived at the hospital which was so clean and well kept, they looked after me and my mother, they frequently checked in on me and was by my side throughout my surgery. If I had any issues they were there quickly. My mother was well looked after when I went down for surgery and I couldn’t be anymore thankful for that. The check up was fantastic and everyone was extremely gentle with me when I needed things carried out. The surgeon was very bubbly and welcoming and instantly felt comfortable, we laughed and smiled together and he listened to my concerns / my wishes and he done everything that I wished for. After care has been incredible and I haven’t once felt stressed or anxious. The team are so lovely and welcoming and they were that great I have people already getting consultation in place. Highly recommend, I’ll always look back on this journey and smile.

My wife came to Turkey with severe pain in her hip and right leg which appeared difficult to diagnose in the UK. Within a day of arrival The Health Store Turkey had identified which field of expertise we needed to see consultants in and diagnostic scans and an MRI as well as a full blood analysis had been undertaken. After consultation with two surgeons had been completed it was agreed that she needed hip replacement surgery which was arranged within a few days. After less than a week the problem and solution had been identified and my wife has now been discharged and is convalescing.
The hospital was extremely comfortable and medical staff were excellent but she couldn’t have done it without The Health Store Turkey who were with her at every stage helping with translation and facilitating every step of a rather daunting procedure. They have truly helped to give her back her active life and a positive outlook for the future.

Wow, what a fantastic experience with The Health Store Turkey in Izmer, the staff couldn't do enough they are so attentive. The hospital was spotless and beautiful. The cost of sleeve surgery include our flights and 2 nights in the hotel with all transfers. Honestly it's best money ever spent. I'm Almost 2 weeks post surgery and feel great. Thank you to all of the team involved x

I just had my revision mmo surgery and the care I received was outstanding. The hospital is immaculate and staff are very nice and friendly. The co ordinators are amazing and ensure everything is explained and I understood everything. The amazing Dr Remzi is a perfectionist. I would highly recommend this company.
