Opr. Dr. Esat Çınar
Op. Dr. Esat Çınar was born in 1976 in Diyarbakır.
He attended the Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine in 1997 and graduated with a good degree in 2003.
He completed his specialization education between 2003-2009 in Izmir Ege University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Ophthalmology and gained the title of ophthalmologist.
Between 2012 and 2016, he managed glaucoma and cornea units as Assistant Professor in the Eye Department of the Hospital, Faculty of Medicine, Izmir University.
He received ‘keratoplasty’ training at Ege University Faculty of Medicine for 6 months, known as eye transplantation among the people. In addition, he actively carried out the task of performing premature (premature babies-ROP care) eye exams at the Izmir University Eye Clinic.
He took a one-month course at Dokuz Eylul University Faculty of Medicine regarding the use of experimental animals in clinical and laboratory studies.
Special interests; Cataract surgery (multifocal, trifocal, toric intraocular lenses), laser cataract surgery (Femtosecond cataract), keratoplasty (eye transplant), glaucoma surgeries (especially viscocanalostomy with a low complication rate, non-penetrating glaucoma surgeries such as deep sclerotomy), Excimer Laser Surgeries Lasik, Lasek, PRK) and medical retinal diseases.
Numerous scientific articles published in international scientific indexes have been published. He has many oral and poster presentations to national and international scientific meetings. He is an active member of the Turkish Ophthalmology Association (TOD). English-speaking Op. Dr. Esat Çınar has a child.
